Housing - Homes For Families

Pacific Treatment Alternatives, in cooperation with the YWCA and the Snohomish Housing Authority, offers Homes for Families (HFF) housing, as it is available, to Safe Babies, Safe Moms participants who have been fully active in the SBSM program for at least three months.

Our HFF program is for women and families who do not have housing of their own, who are low income and who would benefit from various medical, dental, psychiatric, and/or educational services.  Participants must document receiving sufficient services each month to offset the cost of rent.

The goal is for the family to eventually earn enough income to be able to afford their own housing.

Participants select the apartment or home that
they would like to rent.  The residence must be approved by the HFF Case Manager, pass a safety inspection by the YWCA and be approved by the landlord.

To maintain the housing, the participant must follow HFF program rules.

Housing is also available by calling the Community Information Line at 211.
